At AOE Angels On Earth, every item is created especially for you after your order is placed. Because our products are made to order, we encourage customers to review all sizing, colors, and order details carefully before completing their purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if the item is:
- Unused and unworn
- In its original condition
- Free of damage caused after delivery
Because each product is made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Changing your mind
- Ordering the wrong color or style
- Buyer’s remorse
Please review our size guides before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and the problem
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Refunds
If your refund request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders move into production quickly, cancellations or changes can only be made within a limited time after your order is placed.
If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible. While we’ll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
