Order Processing
All orders are made to order.
- Processing time: 2–5 business days
- During holidays or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery after production:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Any available free shipping promotions will be displayed during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package from our production partner to your door.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
AOE Angels On Earth is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to update your order before it enters production.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We’ll work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
